The Brothers

“It soon will be time to get your little cup of water. Walk up there like a proud warrior. We will use psychological tactics on them because we have nothing else. We do not have the weapons so we have to use our natural intelligence.

We don't even have a complete book to read. So when we do have children, we have to teach them what we know by word of mouth. If there's one thing the enemy hates, it is to see his captive people moving along without any trouble with each other.

Just as our ancestors used to do in the days of slavery, it has been said that the majority of the slaves survived because of those rules even though there were plenty of our people lynched. They were preyed upon, whipped, beaten to death, and killed in so many ways.
